I LOVE sugar. Candy, cake, brownies, or cookies – I do not discriminate, and this is the best time of the year to treat yourself. Alas, I am trying to be good and not gorge myself on the plethora of delicious delights readily available. A great way to satisfy a sweet tooth and not break the bank on calories is with fruit.
I adore this take on a candy corn. It is simple and uses only 3 ingredients. Layer pineapple chunks, Mandarin oranges and top with a light whipped cream. Voila! A fabulous, healthy and sweet Halloween treat!
